DIRECTIONS
From Highway 30 from either North or South cross the Sauvie Island Bridge.
Bear left after crossing the bridge driving along the river for 1.9 miles and turn right on NW Reeder Rd.
Go approximately 10 miles following LCHRC signs to the test grounds.
PARKING PERMITS
Oregon Department of Fish & wildlife requires vehicle Parking Permits on all state managed Wildlife areas. Permits can be purchased at the Linnton 7-11, the Cracker Barrel store (located on the island just as you come off the bridge), as well as the Reeder Beach Resort. Anyone
with a current Oregon hunting license will have been issued a parking permit at the time of purchase.
There is no fuel service on the island.

This hunt is held under the rules of the Hunting Retriever Club, Inc. and United Kennel Club, Inc.
No Hunting Retriever may compete in 2 different categories per licensed hunt.
Each Dog is limited to one (1) Licensed Hunt.
12 DOG ENTRY LIMIT PER HANDLER PER LICENSED HUNT
WITH AN ENTRY LIMIT OF 8 DOGS PER STAKE.

-For each entry, add $5 for NON-UKC registered dogs.
– Add $5 for each Seasoned / Finished/ Upland entry of NON-HRC member owners.

Started: Entries close on the 50th entry, per flight.
Seasoned: Entries close on the 40th entry, per flight.
Finished: Entries close on the 30th entry, per flight.
Upland: Entries close on the nth entry, per flight.
Additional Hunt Information:
Clothing worn in retriever hunt tests must be full camouflage.
Upland Hunt Tests require Orange hat and vest to be worn.
Knee boots or waders might be needed
No hunting Retriever may compete in 2 different Categories per Licensed hunt
Duck calls may be used in events.
REMEMBER GUN SAFETY!
IMPORTANT!
* All dogs must be kept on leash while being aired or not being evaluated.
* Park only on one side of the road…no parking on grass.
* No training on the test grounds.
* Bitches in season are NOT allowed on test grounds.
* Respect the grounds and help keep them clean.
* Mobile phones must be silenced while in the gallery.
