DIRECTIONS
FROM BUTTE:
Take I-90 heading (EAST) to I-15 (NORTH) toward Helena. Take the first exit #134 (WOODVILLE)(NORTH). Make a LEFT (WEST) off ramp to FRONTAGE ROAD (STOP SIGN) and follow FRONTAGE ROAD (NORTH). Make a RIGHT (EAST) on SAWMILL GULCH. Continue to RETRIEVER ROAD making a RIGHT (SOUTH) onto the grounds.
FROM HELENA:
Following I-15 (SOUTH) take exit #138 (ELK PARK). Make a RIGHT (WEST) off the ramp to the stop sign (FRONTAGE ROAD). Turn LEFT (SOUTH)on FRONTAGE ROAD until you reach SAWMILL GULCH then turn LEFT (EAST) to RETRIEVER ROAD. Make a RIGHT (SOUTH) onto the grounds.
FROM BOZEMAN:
Coming down Homestake Pass on I-90 look for signs that to I-15 (NORTH) toward Helena, then follow directions from Butte

This hunt is held under the rules of the Hunting Retriever Club, Inc. and United Kennel Club, Inc.
No Hunting Retriever may compete in 2 different categories per licensed hunt.
Each Dog is limited to one (1) Licensed Hunt.
12 DOG ENTRY LIMIT PER HANDLER PER LICENSED HUNT
WITH AN ENTRY LIMIT OF 8 DOGS PER STAKE.

ADDITIONAL Fees
-For each entry, add $5 for NON-UKC registered dogs.
– Add $5 for each Seasoned / Finished/ Upland entry of NON-HRC member owners.
A $10 walkup fee will be charged the day of the hunt for all dogs not preregistered in Seasoned & Finished categories only.

Started: Entries close on the 50th entry, per flight.
Seasoned: Entries close on the 30th entry, per flight.
Finished: Entries close on the 30th entry, per flight.
Additional Hunt Information:
Clothing worn in retriever hunt tests must be full camouflage.
Upland Hunt Tests require Orange hat and vest to be worn.
Knee boots or waders might be needed
No hunting Retriever may compete in 2 different Categories per Licensed hunt
Duck calls may be used in events.
REMEMBER GUN SAFETY!
There will NOT be a bitch check. Please use the honor system and if you have a bitch that comes into heat let us know ASAP. We will work with you on refunds and scratches.
During this time of year the grounds can be very dry and fire danger is high. Please no smoking out side of your vehicle, no open fires including propane fire pits or charcoal grills, and please do not leave your vehicle running on any grassy areas.
Please respect the Treasure State grounds by picking up trash and keeping the areas clean. Thank you.
