Champoeg State Heritage Area is located approximately 30 miles southwest of Portland on Interstate 5.
From Interstate 5, take Exit 278 – Donald/Aurora Exit. Follow signs to the Park. From the I-5 exit you will go west on Ehlen Road. Go approximately 2.6 miles and take a slight right onto Yergen Road. Continue on Yergen Rd NE, 1.0 mi. Turn right at Case Rd NE, 1.3 mi. Slight left at Champoeg Rd NE, 0.9 mi. Park entrance will be on right.
Note: $5 per day parking fee charged at the gate.
